Resident Responsibilities

We strive to keep our residents happy, our properties well maintained, and our documents up to date.

In order to do so, we ask you keep the following in mind.

  • Provide us with all of your current contact information and emergency contact information. This is essential so we can be in communication with you and your emergency contact when and if needed. Update information here

  • All occupants must be listed on the lease.

  • It is your responsibility to update us with any vehicle changes and request a new parking permit. If you fail to do so, your vehicle could be towed at your expense. This can be done via the form on the Resident Resources page

  • We will contact you when your lease is up for renewal, please respond before your lease expires.

  • If moving out, a 30 Day notice must be filed at least 30 days before your move-out date (Article 36 of your lease)

  • Pets must be registered and paid for. See full pet policy here. To register a new pet, contact our office for necessary documents or complete registration online on Resident Resources page. (Article 27 of you lease)

  • Cleaning the A/C Filter (wall units only) is your responsibility. No replacement is required, simply pop it out and rinse it in the sink or the bathtub.
