Step 1: Standards
Review our Standards of Renting and the CoreLogic Scoring System to ensure you are clear on qualifications prior to submitting your application.
Step 2: Application & Fee
Click the button below to pay the $60 non-refundable application fee with a credit or debit card. If you wish to pay with check or money order, you may do so at our office at 4500 Montrose Blvd.
Click the button below to access our online application. You will be redirected to another site. Please be sure all information is correct prior to submitting.
Step 3: Income
Email your proof of income to living@littellproperties.com or use the button below. Acceptable forms are outlined in our Standards of Renting. Be sure your file is printable, downloadable and .PDF only.
*Incomplete applications will automatically be declined after 7 days from submission. Once submitted, the application fee is non-refundable. If you wish to resubmit your application, you will need to pay another application fee.
Optional Step: Submit a Lease Guarantor Application:
In the absence of the financial qualifications outlined in the Standards of Renting, with the exception of negative credit or rental history, a guarantor may be accepted. Guarantor must complete rental application and must fully meet the credit and criminal background requirements. Guarantor’s gross monthly income must equal five to six times the monthly rent depending on desired unit. Guarantor’s income and employment must be verified. Guarantor’s application must be run separately from applicants’ application. All applicants using a Guarantor must abide by the screening recommendation. Guarantor must sign the guarantor agreement and all other documents required by Management. Guarantor will be fully responsible for the lease if the resident(s) default.
Email your proof of income to living@littellproperties.com Acceptable forms are outlined in our Standards of Renting. Include THREE MONTHS of proof of income/employment, be sure proof is the most recent (monthly income must be 5x one month of rent) Be sure your file is printable and downloadable.
We will only process your application once we receive all of the required information and fees. Please keep in mind that processing your application can take up to 7 business days.
